SHIPPING RATES FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 

We offer flat rate expedited shipping on orders being delivered to addresses in most continental states.

These parcels are sent via USPS Expedited or UPS. Order must be a minimum of $10.00. 

Orders made from Coastal States are eligible for $20 UPS Standard Shipping. 

SALES TAX 

All orders are taxed according to your Province, Territory or State.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock/over sold when your order is placed, we will attempt to contact you and remove
the item from your order. If this brings your order total below the minimum free shipping threshold we will still ship the rest of your order free of charge. 

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

Currently we ship anywhere within Canada and the United States of America and over seas.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP / DELIVER?

Please allow 2-3  business days for your order to process and ship. We are always doing our best to make sure your order is sent as quickly as possible!

PRE-ORDERS

Can I order older product with a Pre-release item? 

Yes you may, however, your order will not ship until all products are in-stock. Deposits are required to guarantee price and quantity.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

Yes, we do offer case discount pricing. Sealed cases can range from 6 to 12 boxes of the same product. Check under cases or for any large order

RETURNS POLICY

No returns or exchanges are allowed on opened items.
